Great Hotel

Always love our stay at hotel Revel. Our room was clean but older. Tub in the room really needs replacing. Best breakfast we’ve had for continental at any hotel. Will always choose hotel Revel when in Minot

Called early to check in early to get sleep before I arrive. After I arrive they wouldn’t let me in so slept in the parking lot. Then my card for my room door had to be reset constantly. Had it reset about 7 times. The air conditioner in the room was working somewhat alright had it at 60F and it would go up to 80F randomly and shut off. The power cord for the fridge, microwave, and tv was unplugged and damaged. The floor board in the room had a gap like a step but was exposed. So you had to step over to avoid cutting your foot. Seems like a nice hotel just wish I didn’t have to smell the chlorine in our room from the pool but that’s fine. Just need to take care of maintenance in the rooms so the guest can be satisfied and safe.
