This lovely two bedroom, two bathrooms, condo on the first floor offers a picturesque beach and Gulf view with a convenient stairway from the balcony to the beach boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has nice wood cabinets, full-size appliances, full housewares, tiled floors, and full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet. The primary bedroom offers a majestic four-poster king bed, cozy bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. The living area has a great casual nautical feel with red, white and blue colors, a comfortable red sofa, a matching loveseat, a West Indies style loveseat, and a chair with ottoman. There is a dining table for six, an outdoor wicker patio set, as well as two bar stools for more casual seating at the bar.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service is available March 1 - October 31.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
