AC was metered at 69 degrees, the room stayed a constant 70 degrees, absolutely miserable for sleeping. I TWICE requested maintenance to adjust, was told it would be done, only to be ignored. Finally checked out early because I wasn’t going to spend a third night NOT sleeping in that sweat box. Also, HARD PASS on their “restaurant”. Just wanted a simple breakfast sandwich, was the first. Customer there on Saturday am, only to be told they were “out”. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

We booked a king size bed and upon arrival was told they had none. we were told nothing they could do when its booked through hotels.com got a feeling that they gave all the king beds to regular members because of a golf tournament and mardi gras parade. Room was nice just not what we booked.

Great stay, comfy bed.

Great location only a few miles from Destin. Very clean hotel with lots of good service. The elevators were small and painfully slow. The room was very clean with good finishes. The bed was the most comfortable bed I experienced during a two week trip with 5 different hotels. My biggest complaint was the heavy bleach smell upon entering the room. I appreciate the cleanliness but the bleach smell was overwhelming. Luckily, the bathroom actually had a bathroom fan, so I was able to clear out the smell.

It is a beautifully renovated hotel but I found the walls were thin, as you could hear other people from room next door. We also felt while furnitire looked nice, it was too modern maKing it uncomfortable and non-functional. Oleasant stay though.

Okay stay

The stay was comfortable. The location is tricky and difficult to get in and out of. We had to call front more than once on a toilet that wasnt operating properly. They eventually moved us and corrected the sitiation swiftly. The bed was uncomfortable for me and the pillows very flat. Caused me slight discomfort when i woke but went away as i was moving around. It was comfortable but due to what i mentioned; i doubt we would stay again at this location.
