This is a very nice location. The room was clean,the beach was awesome, the prepaid beach chairs and umbrella were a great added feature. There was an inconsiderate, self absorbed couple on the beach, but who can control that?? Everyone else was super!

Great Stay!

This is the best location for the most amazing price! The condo is right on the beach. I watched every sunrise and sunset! The condo itself is nicely appointed. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This location is a hidden gem on Miramar Beach.

Great place to stay with kids!

We love this place! Stayed years ago with kids and other couples with their kids. Was just as great as I remembered. Took my grandsons. Stayed in 110 ground floor. Love the access to beach and pool. So easy going back and forth. Easy check in and out. Had 1 question while we were there, and it was answered almost immediately. Close to grocery store, fresh seafood market and liquor store. Will definitely be back!

Roach Infestation

During our stay we saw endless amounts of roaches. There were pest deterrent plugs throughout the condo. One on the kitchen counter was unplugged because I needed the outlet and multiple tiny roaches came flooding out of the device!!! It was truly horrid. After that incident, real joy was contacted and told us the owner of our property would come out and inspect our kitchen area. We did not receive a follow up that anyone had come out or that anything was done. My husband called multiple times being left on hold and when we were reached back out to, they stopped responding after my husband asked about us being moved to a different property and willing to up our budget. We went out and bought roach motels to leave throughout the kitchen as well as raid to spray ourself. We went two more days spending as little time inside the condo as possible. I woke up around midnight one night and as I turned on the kitchen light they were running across the floors and walls. Down the hallway where my children were asleep, roaches coming from door frames and from under moldings. It was awful. (I have proof of it all!) Of course we packed and left. Real joy offered us a refund for one night because we checked out a day early and 30% off the other days we were there. We were told they didn’t find any live bugs & “you must have got them all.” AS IF! It’s clearly an infestation problem. Disappointing and disgusting!!

Love Miramar Beach

Condo is a great place to stay. However the fact that the door has been removed between the bathroom and the shower made it very inconvenient for more than one person to be getting ready at the same time. The door needs to be there.

Second time staying in this unit at Windancer. Love the location. Beach is beautiful. Unit is equipped with everything you need to make meals for family. The extra beach chairs to sit in the sand were an added bonus to ones provided with umbrella. Very relaxing vacation and one we'll be looking at booking again in the future.

Quick Getaway

We booked this place kinda at a last minute decision for a few days and extremely happy that we did, it’s off the beaten path, walking distance to restaurants and stores, the back door led straight to the ocean where our 16 month old wanted to be, being on the first level was great for us. We will definitely book this place next time we come to Destin, we highly recommend this place.

We had a great time!

The property was fantastic. Being so close to the water was extremely convenient and having beach service included (chairs and an umbrella) was great. To ensure you get your 2 seats, make sure you go to the beach early in the morning on your first day (or when you arrive the day before) and let the attendant know who you are, your condo number, and when you are leaving. That is it--for the rest of your stay, you will be set up with chairs in the morning. The condo had everything we needed from starters on trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, to bath towels and plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The washer/dryer is great and the frig is big. What would I say needs attention? 1) The sliding door heading out to the beach is a hard pull. Salt corrosion does that but it needs taken apart and lubricated. 2) The TV in the main living area has some color issues. Everything looks purple-ish. We adjusted it all we could but it may just be on its last leg. 3) The shower door needs replaced. Evidentially, someone before us had an accident, as one shower door is now a curtain, and a stationary door that could have been what crashed into the shower door is missing from its hinges. I'm sure this will be replaced when off season hits. In short, we had a ball! The bed was comfy, the parking lot was convenient, and the view was beautiful. We will be back.

Pictures of condo looked better than real life

The condo was not cleaned and there was broken glass in the shower when we arrived. The back door was not locked when we arrived and it was dark and very late. This is not ok. Realjoy Properties came the next day to pick up the glass but by this time, I already missed 1 day of my vacation. I should not have had to deal with this and I will not rent property associated with Realjoy properties.

Not having a fridge for 2 of the three days we stayed made life difficult

Our fridge didn’t work, so 5 hours after arrival, we called management who asked us to wait until morning because they thought it would be cold by then. Well, it wasn’t and the fridge smelled awful and our prepared food all spoiled. We were told they’d bring some dry ice right away so we could have some cold, but that didn’t come. Instead, they sent someone to fix it, but it couldn’t be fixed so they sent a loaner fridge and set it up in the living room. Not a huge deal, but it was filthy. So then they sent someone to clean it. Of course this is day two with no cold drinks and no ability to have refrigerated food, which is why you rent a condo rather than a hotel room. I asked again about ice because I was just desperate for a cold drink and they finally brought some ice so we could cool our drinks in a cooler. It was evening of the 2nd day before we could use our fridge, and by then we’d had to leave property to go eat, which we were trying not to do since it was a very short trip for us. The view was gorgeous, the place is clean, management was very nice but they should’ve brought us ice right away in the evening, after the fridge wasn’t cold the first day. Also, I forgot how much I hate the first floor. The people above us were SO LOUD! But the water was exquisitely beautiful, and I spent as much time in it as possible to not deal with the maintenance issues. Oh, I forgot the master toilet was being repaired the whole day as well. 😆đŸ€Ș

Beautiful place, with the BEST beach access!

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and tastefully decorated, but most of all the view is absolutely breathtaking. The beach is just a boardwalk away and since it’s the ground floor, it’s the easiest access. The surrounding area was beautiful as well, good parking, quiet neighborhood, great pool in the back. We had one small issue when we arrived with one of the toilets but the property management was very responsive and helpful and the issue got resolved the same day, very pleasant process. I would definitely stay there again. The only “problem” we had was with the internet, it is incredibly slow and spotty, but that is such a minor thing to worry about on vacation, it was not a big deal at all. Overall highly recommend!!

Windancer 110. A great choice

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to on this property. We have stayed in a few different places, This was one of our best experiences. Check-in was simple. When we got in the first thing we noticed was the lights were on and the shades open it just felt welcoming. Everything we needed was there from BBQ utensils to a pizza cutter and even Tupperware, a cutting board for the fruit we cut up. Being on the ground floor has its perks. just steps from the pool and beach access. I have to give a shout-out to the chairs and umbrella guys Shawn and Travis were just great and so accommodating. In a nutshell we loved the place and will for sure be back.

Fantastic location

The location of the condo can not be beat! It's tucked away behind cute little houses and it is directly on the beach. It was amazing to be able to just step off the patio to the beach.
