Kun kävelet tämän Maravillan huoneiston oven läpi, tunnet olosi kotoisaksi! Tämä laite sijaitsee rakennuksen 1. kerroksessa. Maravillan deeded-ranta on merkittävä mukavuus sekä muut mukavuudet - tenniskentät, klubitalo, 2 uima-allasta (yksi kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty), kylpytynnyri, koripallo, shuffleboard, rantalentopallo, puuhiili ja runsaasti pysäköintitilaa. Maravillassa on aina jotain hauskaa! Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuonetta on niin tilava, että sinulla on runsaasti tilaa levittää. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu kaikella mitä tarvitset nopean välipalan tai gourmet-aterian valmistamiseksi. Keittiö on päivitetty ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja täysikokoisella pinottavalla pesukoneella ja kuivausrumpulla. Olohuone on tarpeeksi tilava, jotta jokainen voi osallistua perhe-tv-illan tai pelata pelejä. Se on avoinna ruokailuhuoneelle ja keittiölle, jotta kaikki voivat olla yhdessä, kun he tekevät omaa asiaa. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Definitely coming back!

Loved our stay! Communication from the hosts made everything super easy. The location of the room is super close to the pool and close to the beach. I especially loved the fact that we were able to bring the pups to their first vacation. Only downside is there was construction going on directly above our room.Overall, great experience and definitely will be booking again!

Great property in a fantastic location.

I made the 2 min walk to the beach every morning to enjoy the sand and sea. End unit nearby pool and boardwalk. Condo is very clean and spacious and had what we needed including some beach floats and light weight chairs easily carried to beach for sunset viewing. We walked to shopping g and restaurants and was nearby every thing to do. The host was attentive and communicated quickly to any questions I had. Plenty of room for group of 4 and pet friendly for our 2 dogs. Thank you for hosting us.

Just like pictures

The condo was clean and just like the pictures. We loved that we were able to bring our big dogs. It’s hard to find a place that allows their weight so that was definitely a plus. It was also a short walk to the beach and the condo had a wagon that we could carry all of our things in. We would definitely stay again.

Quick spring break getaway

Our stay was a great experience. We were only able to get out of town for a few days for spring break and this location provided the sand and sun that we needed. The property was very comfortable, with fun decor that made us feel like we were at the beach. The thermostat only being able to set to a low of 70 degrees did make it feel a bit warm at times, but the fans helped with air circulation.

Great Stay at Maravilla Condos

ITrip property managers were “Outstanding”. When you’re on vacation with family, every minute and second matters. We had a couple of small road bumps that were with other co dos, but their issues affected us. Sarah and Holly handled these issues immediately, even though it was after hours. Super property managers from iTrip. Thanks for making our stay great and ensuring we were not affected by issues with other condos.

Cool weather but good stay

The apartment was as described and comfortable for 6 of us including 3 adults, 2 young teens, one child and a small dog. The place was clean and very well set up except for one thing. In other VRBO places we rented, they had some salt, pepper, sugar packets and even small containers of creamer and ketchup but not here. It would have made things easier had they been there.

The condo is well equipped, one of the pools is very close to the condo, the beach is no more that 3min away, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (dosen't have any basic condiments like salt, sugar, etc.) tv in every room, extra pillows and blankets. Basics items for the beach. We were a family of 6 adults and two kids, plus three dogs. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely we are coming back.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is in a great location with a shortcut to the pool. The kitchen was stocked better than most were we have stayed in over the years. The outdoor furniture was also great to have! Providing trash bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent was a really nice touch too! Only suggestion would be to upgrade the king matteresses and seating in the living area for comfort.

Nice for a family vacation

I already submitted a review. Good location, nice accommodations, great kitchen ware and accessories. Pleasant surprise: Beach equipment, chairs, toys, boogie boards, cart. Only downsides: Couldn't use the passes, couldn't access them online and TV in the bunk room did not have internet or cable.

The condo was very clean, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Everyone was very friendly and pet friendly. Everything you need is there. Would stay at this Condo again. I just wish there was some way you could the county to pass something so pets could go to the beach that aren't a resident. Most pet lovers would pay a fee or something to take there pet to the beach. My Simba loves the ocean. He enjoyed all the walks and people he met. We enjoyed are stay very much. Thank you

Great Location

This was our second time visiting this condo. We loved the condo and location especially being on the ground level. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo during this visit. The master toilet didn’t flush right and we kept having to fix it and it was very dirty so we had to clean it. We also had to vacuum all the floors especially in the living room. A lot of debris and trash right up under the couch and other areas.
