It was no fault of the guy working at the desk, but we rolled in at midnight after driving 9 hours to get there. The computer system was shut down and they couldn't give us our rooms. We waited about 30 minutes (not a big deal) but they guy should absolutely have been more hospitable and welcoming to us. We were treated as if WE were the inconvenience and should just go away, find a new hotel, and ask for a refund later. He needs training in customer service. He did apologize later which was appreciated, but there was nothing offered to us while we waited (not even water). It's just not the service we are so used to with Hampton and Hilton.

Pm staff awful am was great

1st night horrible did not tell us about the $250 deposit or that there was breakfast. a/c unit rattled all night and sheets did not fit the bed! no sleep. Bathroom door is also closet door. what were they thinking!! am staff was amazing moved us and gave us a quiet well appointed room. I dont know the names but hotel should look at the pm guy and counsel him. and reward am staff
