The place was comfortable and in good shape. There was about four sets of keycards in the room on tables and dressers. Curious about the cleanliness. The worst part was the housekeeping beating on the door like the place was on fire at 830 in the morning. We wake up daily at 5 a.m however one day of sleeping in would have been nice!

I went through expedia for a room. The room was not available when i arrived due to reserving late. I purchased the expedia insurance to recieve a refund. I paid 163 for the room with taxes and fees. I recieved 0$ back. I am extremely unhappy with expedia and the way their system doesnt not offer convient ways to get answers. I dont want your bot. I want my money back. The hotel never contacted me about this issue until I reached out. However, It was 7 days after the reservation I finally got a call back from the GM. Front desk was very kind. What I am assuming who was the front desk manager was decent and helpful.

Gentleman at the front desk let me know that they hadn’t cleaned any king rooms. I had booked this on purpose because I have a newborn that needed space on the bed also. I accepted a queen and then it took 25 minutes to check us in because he had to change the booking and could not figure it out. I had my newborn crying and needed to get to bed so the delay made it hard. There was also hair in the shower on the edge when we got to our room. Not the guy at the front desks fault but was a little disappointed after a long day in the car and wanting to rest.

STAY AWAY!! If you do stay, pack your own TP!

When I booked this room, I did not realize this is an “extended stay” property. We were just looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay for one night. The person who checked us in was not helpful at all. He took his time doing everything and was less than interested in us being there. When we got to the room, the hall and the room both smelled terrible. The beds were on noisy metal frames and the mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable. There were used towels on a shelf in the bathroom. The sink and the tub had obviously not been cleaned between guests. There were old bits of food stuck to the “kitchen” sink. The window wouldn’t close fully because the screen was bent and stuck in the window frame. And to top it off, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The police were outside and caught our attention from the window. They asked that we let them in the building because there was a fight in progress and they couldn’t gain access to the building. When we went down to let the police in, the lobby was shutdown and nobody answered the call button so we could ask for toilet paper. And possibly a change in rooms. Or, what would be even better, a refund so we could go stay at a reputable hotel. This was the worst place we have ever stayed.

No extra toilet paper. Minimal amenities not a problem. Asphalt landscape. Railroad noise was tolerable. Close to coffee options. Easy to find and accessible to get elsewhere. We'd stay here again. Reasonable rates for Missoula.
