The views are amazing from this newer corner unit located in Rim Village Vista. The nicely furnished townhome has 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queen beds), and 2 twins in the loft (couch makes into 1 twin, roll out under the couch makes the 2nd twin) in the loft. There is a well equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine), linens and towels are provided, a washing machine and a dryer, televisions in the living area, master bedroom, and loft, plus a 2 car garage to park your car or to store your toys. There's a bicycle repair rack in the garage too! You will enjoy the comforts this townhome offers.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Pool Schedule: Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open **Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
