Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level townhome has great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and is only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area.
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside. The living area has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Cozy up by the fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening on the fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the towering trees and watch the birds in the open space behind the home. The wood firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities or toast some smores! There is a walking path at the end of the sidewalk that follows Millcreek and is a lovely place to walk the dogs or enjoy a shady stroll. The bmx track is also at the end of the street. Test your skills on the hills!
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a large attached bathroom. The patio doors off the bedroom open up to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. There are two rollaway beds available for extra (light) guests.
A protected courtyard with a grill plus multiple other outdoor seating areas and a private fenced back yard makes this home perfect for family and friend gatherings! Plenty of games and guide books are also provided and there's a ping pong table located in the garage.
Enjoy a refreshing soak in the indoor community pool just steps from the house. This is one of the only year round pools in Moab!

All was good except the pool access door was very hard to get into . Other guests had the same problem. This needs to be fixed. A simple lock change would do it so the code works without moving the handle a certain way .. the money spent on

A great home that is dog friendly and walkable to all the Moab restaurants. The drive to Arches was only 5 min. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Accommodations!
I may have clicked on the wrong button at first. We definitely did enjoy our stay. The only glitch was that the code (my phone #) did not work, nor did the second one supplied after a phone call. The second problem solved the problem. A minor annoyance was that the outside door handle was "extremely" hot when it was in the sun. Having to pull the handle while punching in the code was quite painful.
The rooms were clean, house was in a good location and walking distance to Main Street.
Bottom line is that it was a great place to stay.

All It Claims
The property was EXTREMEMLY clean and well-maintained, in addition to being conveniently located near Arches and Canyonlands, Moab eating and history, and other scenic drives. It's spacious (so many little congregation setups), in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and just what my family needed while away from home. Great communication, too. Five stars all around!

Stuck in Moab
We were stuck in Moab with our two pups due to Truck breaking down while on vacation pulling our RV. This townhome was our home away from home! Very accommodating when we had extend our stay two more nights. Very clean and completely stocked with everything we needed. Fenced yard for pups was a plus! Great grocery store minutes away. Would definitely recommend!

Good place to relax after visiting the parks
Loved this as our “home base” while we were in Moab to visit the parks. Quiet neighborhood with nice views from the backyard. Restaurants and grocery store are a short drive away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had the tools we needed, and it was clean.

Perfect location, clean, checkin and checkout very easy. Loved the fire pit. A very fun addition to our stay and one of the qualities that made this the place for us.
A little more detail on bed types not just pictures would have been helpful. And the full size bed could be changed out. Sags in the middle big time. Had trouble with the code on the front door. Door connected to garage easy entry with code.

The property was well-equipted, clean, and as described. Its location is great: a rather easy walk to most restaurants and drive/bike to Arches.
It was well-furnished and well-laid out.
The "access to pool" mentioned is actually year-round access to an indoors heated pool.

Moab stopover
Nice size condo with three bedrooms and two baths in good shape close to center of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. Cute fenced backyard with seating and a fire pit, which we didn't get a chance to use. Dog friendly yet nicer than many places that allow pets. Garage and plenty of parking for several vehicles if you need it.

Pet-friendly great getaway for small family
Clean, spacious, and an especially great layout if a master bedroom with an ensuite is desired to get away from the fray; the fenced yard made it a great location for our small doggo as well. Nice neighborhood and close proximity to town, and the ping pong table is a fun addition in the garage. The HOA indoor pool was large and okay for our two grandkids, but too chilly for the adults. The kitchen was very well-appointed and had TWO coffeepots, it only wanted a teakettle to be rated as absolutely perfect.
