I was given room 114 when I checked in. Entering the room, I immediately felt the slippery floor under my shoes. The whole floor had some sort of slippery substance covering it. There was no blanket on the bed, only a flat sheet. There were two flat pillows for a king sized bed. I went to the front desk and was then assigned to room 122. This room had a blanket on the bed, however the sheets were dirty. Black marks were all over the fitted sheet. There were no towels in the bathroom and a bar of used soap in the shower. The cable for TV ran from the outside post, through the wall into the room, the slack draped from a mirror and finally attached to the TV. That was enough. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Hotels.com refunded my payment. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay at this property. Simply disgusting.

Room floor was so dirty, it partially flooded an area in the room bathroom walls dirty, not the room I paid for I paid for a king/queen got double full size. Room had flies, and nats. Hit my shin like 2x on a piece of metal sticking out of the frame. So many homeless people outside my door for some random reason and it’s loud. Air conditioner was leaking water inside and room had a smell. I got what I paid for I guess this was room 152 I stayed for three long days.

I was put in a room that was trashes! Had to askbfor a new room. 2nd room had muddy sludge in the tub and blood stains on the bed. ONLY after saying I wanted a refund and was NOT staying in an aweful room. I would stay at a different hotel did the owner find a clean room for me.

The first room I was put in was TERRIBLE!! The manager wasnt trying to refund trying to make the situation better.the housekeeper was helpful and the second room was ok. More than likely will not stay again
