Terrible Beds

Beds terrible No shampoo, conditioner, body soap in shower. They were ALL EMPTY Unable to use entrance into back door of hotel. Keycard system broke. Been that way for a while per staff. Door had a rock to keep it open & from locking you out. Really!

Our stay was fine until the cleaning staff started shampoo the carpet in the room next to us at 8am. When I complained, a staff member followed me to the room and I thought they were going to ask the cleaning staff to stop. But then I could hear them laughing about it and they didn’t still stop. I was also charged a non-refundable $75 pet fee, which was not mentioned to me when I checked in or on Expedia. Our dog is house trained and our stay was one night. There is no reason for this non-refundable fee, other Hilton properties do not charge it.

Wonderful staff!

This was our second time staying at this hotel and both times we’ve had a very nice experience. All the staff are so friendly and always make sure we have everything we need. Will definitely be staying again.
