I had Expedia cancel this reservation through their automated system. Apparently the hotel never got the cancellation and has charged me $248 for a stay I did not check into, and once again cancelled. I’m sure no record will show up and I’m sick of going in circles with greedy corporations that lost no money for this whole time frame. Would not recommend either company due to poor and callous customer service.
