Great hotel for service and location

I was pleasantly surprised about the room and service here. Bed was super comfy, TV worked well with good channel selection and good location near stores and especially Black Bear Diner next door. Also liked the kitchen amenities and option for additional items downstairs if needed. Only hitch was we kept going into closet to get to bathroom since most hotels have bathroom next to door but was still ok.

Loved our suite, it was perfect for a two night stay with room to have family visits. Costco, Black Bear Diner, fast food options, and park within 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Perfect setup

Staff are amazing! Nate was such a sweetheart and alwasy had a smile when we saw him. Even called a couple days a head to confirm the room was still a go and he offered up so much information on the surrounding area, restaurants, shopping and entertainment going on. We loved that washing and drying clothes was free, only had to use our own soap. The little snack store was so cool and convenient. Free coffee, made all day and night. The gym was super clean. The room was spaciois and perfect setup for 2 adults and oir teenager. He enjoyed having his own space and own TV in the living room area. There is plenty of shopping and placws to eat right acorss the 99 in the Monte Vista Crossing. The location was perfect for us but most of all the hotel is very well cleaned up, the staff is super friendly and always greeted us. But a huge appreciation for Nate for being a gem and charming.

The property is by other hotels and close to my daughter’s college which I needed. There are local restaurants, shopping center and more. The hotel is very clean with a kitchen, washer and dryer which was very convenient. They also have items for the kitchen you can rent out.

All was great except the support of the bed. The mattress needs to be exchanged for a new bed. It caves in, in the middle. Not the most comfortable. Everything else was very well kept up and the kitchenette was awesome.
