One of the nicer places to stay in Modesto. Staff very friendly, convenient parking gargae across street for self parking guest with a 3rd floor cat walk. A couple of the elevators weren't working which caused delay getting up to our floor, loud trains pass by nearby railroad tracks, and wi-fi required to enter personal info to get access instead of just entering a code like other hotels.

Property is decent. You have to pay for parking. Even though free street parking is avaliable. When I walked into my room, I turned on my lights and a cockroach was present that quickly hid away. Staff was friendly however didn’t ask about my stay upon check out.
