Got brand new items at local vintage Faire mall. Brand new expensive Item(s) were left in the room. After reporting to staff they assured me they had items safe, however when returning to hotel. My items were gone/stolen/taken ... regardless I left brand new items in my room and when I returned they were gone. Untrustworthy

Booked through Expedia, and check-in went smooth. I asked for a quiet room because I knew I was going to sleep early and getting up early. 6am fresh coffee and the breakfast buffet was already set up. The pool and hot tub were both clean and inviting. However, neither of the outside keypads worked for re-entry and there were no pool towels available.
