The old man was rude to me and discriminated me based on his treatment towards me. I am a Native American and he is Caucasian. I have stayed at other Best Western and I have 4400 points in my membership. Never have I experienced such customer service. He was not only rude to me but also to the Expedia representative. He should be retired if he does not want to be of service to guests. As a healthcare professional I am disappointed for such treatment I did not stay here since I was unwelcomed

My room faced the back and awY from the busy Mcdonalds but for a couple hours it was noisy with loud talking mysic and car noises otherwise very nice and the noise let up around 10:00 so it didnt interfere with my rest

We visit Pinnacles National Park every year so this is our preferred location to stay. It is very close to the Freeway and access is convenient. There are local restaurants and fast food locations within easy walking distance. The free breakfast and 24 hour beverage service are added bonuses we like.

The people who work here are absolutely wonderful. It could be updated but ok. I did get very bit up by perhaps spiders on my stay. I left with at least 11 bites. I was itchy but didn't realize how bad it was until I was on my way home. I don't fully blame them but probably won't stay there again. Not sure
