Location was great only black from the ocean, but the hotel itself is older and a bit beat up where you could hear people walking past your room. Heater was noisy and elevator extremely slow. Buildings blocked the majority of the ocean view, but it was a reasonable price for being so close to the water

The price was good but the property was very dated and rundown. The rooms did not have air conditioning and not every room had a heater. The place was clean enough but the place was worn so not that pleasant. The sofa was quite uncomfortable though the bed was decent. If you need to stick to a budget, this place is okay.

Great location! Clean. 2nd floor Room was newly updated w private balcony BUT noisy. cars going by & extremely thin walls & ceilings. Very small rooms and tiny, tiny bathroom. Bring earplugs or forget sleeping but cant beat location if u like to walk beach etc. Good beach restaurant across street.

Great location, but had limited parking, outdated, old carpeting, noisy, limited views of the ocean, bright lights outside room doors. They did have dark room cutains, but the outdoor lights, still lit up the room. Overpriced for no brrakfast, outdated, and limited oarking.
