I picked that property because it had a pool in the hot tub when I got there after I paid it hadn’t either the king size bed was broken on the right side and there was a pillow holding it up. It was a bit dusty other than that, it was OK.

The secondary room in our suite had no airflow. It was freezing in that room and the main room was unbearably hot since we had to force the warm air through the open door. It defeated the point of having a private room when we couldn’t keep the door close due to the lack of heat. The pool was also under renovation which sucked since we only booked it during winter for the indoor pool usage. They didn’t tell us it was under construction until a few days prior.

The checkin was seamless. This was first stay where i experience a no contact check in check out process. They are very prompt with text messages with any updates. Anything additional needed is available in the lobby. The place had MW/ Fridge and was cozy to stay and located in a major location.

The hotel is old in appearance but the room was large with a fireplace, fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was decent. There was enough coffee and tea in the room and also in the office. The only thing missing was a restaurant and that is probably the reason why breakfast was not available. The pool was under reconstruction but we wouldn’t have used it anyway as we arrived late and left early in the morning.

The room was spacious, but could've used a little extra cleaning. The floors could've been vacuumed a little bit better, but relatively the room was fine. Easy place to find as it is one of the few hotels with a white fence out in front. Close to the mall and plenty of eating places to choose from. Also one of the few hotels that can accommodate a larger family as the suite rooms have three queen beds. You have to book quickly as the number of larger rooms are limited.

Had trouble with the text check in, but when we got there, no problems with in person check in. The suite was nice and large, clean, beds were comfy. Shower water got hot quickly and had nice, strong flow. Room temperature was good. Only complaints were that there wasn't an elevator and had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs, and the microwave had damage to the inside and needed to be replaced. Overall good experience and would definitely stay there again!
