Desk clerk deserves a raise.

Got there and the room was not ready apparently house cleaning didn’t do its job so the desk clerk had to go do it when we got there at almost 8 o’clock. She was super nice and apologetic for the situation.

Horrible Place

This Hotel is filthy.There was mold on the walls, the ceiling. Stains on the sheets and blankets. The walls are filthy. The AC vent had 3 inches of thick dust on it. It was horrible. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the office and the entire property. I felt unsafe and I refused to stay there. Now looking into how to get my money back. I would not allow my dog to even stay here. The pictures are false and do not depict the actual condition of this hotel.

This was my 4th stay at this property. I had always been quite satisfied. This time I find this property from the outside less kept. Breezeways leading to units dirty. Carpet in unit where I stayed less than clean. Cook stove needed cleaning. Sink in bathroom leaking.

My flight was cancelled so after being rerouted I got in 12 hours later than expected. Even though the Orbis website instructions indicated there was always staff at the hotel, when I got there the door was locked and the lobby was dark. There was an after hours number which matched Orbis' number for the hotel. I called it numerous times. No answer, not message service. I knocked on the lobby glass. Finally in desperation, I dragged my suitcase a half mile to a neighboring Marriott. I was preparing to check in when a very kind staff person called me and told me he could let me in. The main grounds are fine and partially maintained, but there is evidence of run down, from peeling stucco, to extremely filthy carpets in my room. Very stained with God knows what (one large red-stain I hope is something like tomato juice). Check out was also problematic. At 5 am when I had to leave for the airport...no staff. My room keys would NOT open the front door to the lobby to return keys. My phone had accidentally unplugged so I had no way to signal for an Uber. Further the wifi in the hotel would NOT connect, so I was isolated and could not get help. Another 1/2 mile back to the neighboring Marriott to recharge my phone enough to get an Uber. In short...if you go to this hotel, you really are on your own. The one staff person I saw was very professional and kind, but clearly over-exerted as I was left stranded outside twice and he was simply not to be easily found.

There is noone in lobby until 8 AM. No access to gym until the lobby is open because room keys won’t open the gym. No laundry supplies at all. No quarters to do laundry can be provided after 4 pm for security reasons. Our room smelled like marijuana. There is Dog poop on the ground everywhere They cut the grass but don’t sweep after they mow so you track the grass clippings to your room. The hallways and walkways to the rooms are not swept There is no housekeeping and no broom in the room. The curtains are nice. The beds and bedding are nice the walls are freshly painted but that didn’t get the smell of pot smoke out of the carpet. I have pictures indicating that the rooms are not professionally cleaned.

We've stayed at this property before and had not the best experience before, but this stay was a great improvement. The staff was pleasant, upon check in, Shenika(sp), was great and the coworkers were pleasant as well. Checking out, Lisa was amazing with a great personality. Our area was quiet with good parking availabilty. The room was nice but had a couple of hiccups, but can be easily corrected/updated. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow, the floor had areas that were unstable (dips), there are no streaming options on the TV and no HDMI available to connect devices. It's probably time to replace the mattress, the center is less firm than the other areas. Having a ceiling fan would also improve the space. Overall, I would recommend this property.
