The room was clean and kept.Of course as a waterpark there is a initial smell that you get used to. Certain ride closed at 2pm for a hour. I.e. the lazy river. Had i known i wpuldve planned a late lunch at that time. Then revisitied after.

Some of the major attractions in the water park were closed. Most of the amenities were closed. They advertise about multiple bars and restaurants while one is only open at a time. They don’t have enough of help to staff the place. We hung out in the lobby lounge the one night and the next morning it was still a mess from the night before nobody had yet to clean it at 9 AM tables filled and counters with plates and drinks from the night before. Everything is way overpriced not what I expected from a resort for children.

Pool and water park was freezing. You were cold in the water and when you got out even colder. My kids teeth were chattering. That is not acceptable. Food was overpriced and poor selections. The room was the best part because it was spacious and clean, but none of the shower gels or shampoo was filled, the water pressure was nonexistent, and the shower water was cold.gather some change and go to the more expensive water parks

Arrived on the property. My room was not ready. The pool was closed. There were fire trucks everywhere. No concierge, no cards to bring your stuff in cause, everyone was waiting for the rooms I drove around for an hour. Came back. They told me it would be a minimum of 1 hour until my room was ready, I asked to read for a refund, I was told I was going to be refunded and not charged anything more. I was charged more never given a refund. Gi.\nVen messages all the my trip.Long asking me how my broom was as if I was still there , and they texted me an emailed me two hours after checking when I was already home that my room was ready

Oh boy where do I begin? Its begin by saying I stayed at The Great Wolf Lodge in Ontario earlier in the year so I was comparing this stay with that stay the entire time. With that being said. This stay was horrible. Let's begin by their customer service. Wow! They are the worst. They dont answer the text message system that they push on you to get answers to questions or requests during the stay. They took forever to answer and sometimes ignored. I requested a toilet paper roll 3 times (twice by text) and once by phone and it never came. I had to walk down the hall and find a cleaning lady to obtain it from her cart. Then there are the pillows. They are just terrible. Get ready for shoulder and neck pain from their pillows. I stayed during New Years Eve and paid for the "party"- There was no party, it was a waste of money. They lied and said fireworks can be seen from the waterpark, but later I found out that was a lie and it can only be seen from the halls of the resort or outside obviously. Their Breakfast "Buffet" was terrible- Stood for 10 mins just for empty plates since they were washing it. It's a BUFFET, how do you not have enough plates?????? The buffet had maybe 7 items. Horrible waffles that u needed to make yourself. NO pancakes. No choices of bagel. It was a complete WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! All the people who work here arent friendly. Now let's talk about the main attraction- THE WATERPARK. Expedia does not allow anymore so I would just say it was a WASTE.

Everything was awful from the room to the customer service. You can’t get anyone on the phone. There were ants in the room and one on the bed. There were no towels in the room and the towel rack was hanging off the wall. When we did ask for towels, we were told to come get them at the front desk. Also, the toilet paper holder was falling off and there was rust on the bathroom fixtures. Lastly, don’t expect to sign into Netflix or anything similar. WiFi barely works and you’re getting the absolute bare minimum here. It’s just not worth the price. Never again.

The staff truly exceeded my expectations, and I would like to highlight a few extraordinary individuals who made my experience memorable. First and foremost, Gloria at the front desk is an absolute gem. Her welcoming demeanor and helpful attitude are the reasons I keep returning to your resort. It is truly a pleasure to see her each time I visit. Additionally, I must express my sincere gratitude to the lifeguards on duty. On January 1st, there was an incident that put to test their skills and bravery. The way they handled the situation was nothing short of heroic. Their quick thinking and expertise were truly impressive, and words cannot adequately express my admiration for their actions. Overall, your resort has become my favorite destination, and it is largely due to the remarkable staff who make every stay enjoyable and safe. The pool smelled strongly of chlorine. The room was not clean. The breakfast was very expensive and not tasty. We booked two nights but only stayed one because we really didn't like it.

Overall loved the water park Although I order a birthday package never got it for my son There was no body wash or conditioner in the room Didn’t get our room on time, got it 2 hrs after and didn’t even get a late check out courtesy And the worst there was nooo towels at the pools, we were freezing cold !!!!!!!
