We stayed here for a few days for our trip and mainly just used it for a place to sleep at night, so it did the trick! Easy transport access with the bus stop being right outside so we can get the subway and explore Montreal. The room was tiny but had a fridge and great water pressure in the shower. The bed was very tough to sleep on but with the exhaustion we had we passed out anyway. Overall, a great place to stay if looking to save expenses on a motel!

The bed-legs stick out in a way that they are difficult to see. We both banged our shins on them several times and I have scape on my shin from it. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Plus, the convenience of their location in proximity to the places we were going.

We had a spacious two-bed room and a professional check-in experience. Just a heads-up, the east entrance is tricky because you have to make a U-turn.

Booked this property mainly because of the parking availability which is a huge plus. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the property and the metro is about a 18 minute walk. I didn’t want to drive my car downtown so I parked near the metro. Coffee/tea is offered in the mornings.

Everything about this property is excellent, whether it is the location, staff or the safe and quiet area. Staff was really helpful and so nice. Location is too good for me whether you have car or not you can easily commute to the downtown and all other nearby areas quickly. Bus stop is just ride beside the property so that’s a plus point. Would highly recommend to everyone who is planning to come to montreal whether single, couple or family they have various rooms aa well. Really nice affordable option close to city center

Upon arriving, my expectations were low, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Don't be put off by the exterior. The room was clean and clearly recently renovated. There was ample , safe parking in the lot. Staff were present 24-7 and very friendly. They offer free, delicious coffee in the AM in the office. Nights were very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place as a base camp.

Value for money

I booked their standard room. I went through reviews of many places in this prices range and I wanted a place close to downtown. Although this place was slightly away it was easily accessible 20mins by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the property. The check-in was soo smooth. Room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities and everything was in working condition. They give complimentary coffee at the reception but since I had brought my own coffee, they gave me microwavable cups to make my own coffee. My ride back to Toronto was at 11.30pm in the night so they even let me keep my bags in the reception until I had to leave. We roamed around in the city and came back to grab our bags. Some people had mentioned that this place can be some what noisy at night.. I assure you, there aren't any. The windows are double sheild or whatever you call it so i did not hear a thing. Plus i kept the washroom exhaust on so it helped cancel out other sounds..We will definitely be back for our next trip to Montreal!

A nice budget option a short distance from central Montréal. The location is right off of a busy road, but the motel was quiet despite this. The room was simple and tidy for the price. Staff could have been a bit warmer, but it wasn’t a huge problem for us. I would still go back. Free parking is a bonus!
