Nice hôtel for a night stay. They are under renovation but the room is perfect, the breakfast is good, the staff is lovely. The area is busy and there are options for food and shopping around. I recommend if you are going to sleep over only.

Ask for a room far from the ice machine

Although our stay was good, there were two issues, the first one being the smelly towels and the not so clean shower/tub. The second was that our room was located near the ice machine. Besides the machine being very noisy all the time, some of the guests decided to play with it until late in the night (10:30pm) and others decided to fill their coolbox early in the morning (6:45am) making it impossible for us to sleep.

Hotel was under construction and was not fully operational. Not only could we not walk to our room from the lobby- had to go outside and wrap around the hotel which was full of construction everywhere. We were also awaken in the morning on Saturday by the construction sounds. Around 8am the sound of saws. Expedia should really warn guests before booking of the state of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Rooms are old, a bit musty and run down, but the property is under renovation so it will probably be much nicer by the end of the year. Stayed the weekend so was not as loud with workers doing the renovation but the rooms full of kids sports teams made up for it with noise in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Our double bed comfort room was cleaned daily by housekeeping and the Front Desk folks were pleasant and nice. No elevators so if you're on the 2nd floor, be prepared to take the stairs. Not much in the way of handicapped parking if you need it. Breakfast buffet had both hot and cold and was well stocked with your staples like eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, bagels and juices. Earlier you get there the better. It does get busy. The room also had a microwave and mini fridge. Surprising given it was not listed as an amenity in the room description. TV and cable wasn't attached so we had to move the cabinet out to try and get to the wires behind. Definitely weird why it wasn't connected. Anyway, no crazy things that would prevent us from staying there again.

On avait a passé à travers un chantier pour aller au déjeuner. Et il était froid même si j y suis passé à 6h35 De plus aucune eau chaude dans la douche Il serait bien que vous avisiez que l hôtel est en grosse rénovation lors de locations de chambre. Ou bien mettre des prix moins cher!!

The room was in front of the highway and for their location the insulation of the windows is poor. We were put on the floor as a kid's competition, we hardly got any sleep due to noise non stop. After the kids went to bed, the adults started outside. Coffee was RANCID. No ice machine. Rooms were extremely cold.

There was no notification that this property was under renovation. Thru websites etc... Until i got to the hotel. Had to walk outside and thru construction material to get to stairs for the 2nd floor. The room I got was not finished from renovations. The staff was polite until check out. Asked for an extended hour checkout and they said it would be ok. Then in 2 min called back saying that the construction crew had to enter the room at 12pm. At 11:36am the construction crew knocked to enter and wanted to get in room. Started at 7:30 with banging and made noise all morning until checkout. Call before you stay.
