We had an absolutely wonderful stay! One of the highlights was how pet friendly the hotel is — our dog was adored by all the staff, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The food was amazing, and the top-notch service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy: it's not maintained/cleaned properly. Our room was in very poor shape which you can see from the photos I took when we set foot in it. Torn bedsheet, hair on pillowcase, hair on hairdryer bag, worn out sofa/cabinet and VERY dusty aircon filter. Charging for $300+ per night is unacceptable for such a room. The hotel management did send a letter the next day and waived CAD 50 from our bill. But honestly this room should not be made available for booking before proper work is done.

The hotel is quite clean and nice, has suitable amenities for a short-term trip, and is situated in a great area for someone who wants to explore downtown Montréal and Mont-Royal. The only water refill station I could find was in the gym (whose pool was closed when I stayed) and the staff didn't present an option to tell housekeeping staff to skip a room.

Great location, but the bathroom needs to be updated, difficult to grad the toillet paper. The designer should be fired for that. Impossible to grad it (XX01). Never have this room again. Please avoid the luxury room, serial number XX01. Otherwise, everything was good. The service at the restaurant for the breakfast were excellent every day ( 5 days), better to Eggspectation restaurant.

A Birthday Surprise

The Omni was AWESOME!! They asked at check-in why we were in town and when they found out it was for my Father's 75th Birthday, they surprised us with Cheesecake (his fave dessert) on the coffee table on one of the nights!! Thanks so much!!
