Great Stay, But the Pool Was a Major Disappointmen

Overall, our stay at [Hotel Name] was very enjoyable—the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were nice. However, the pool area was a huge letdown and a major safety concern. The water was murky, and the humidity was overwhelming, causing severe condensation throughout the space. The ceilings were peeling and leaking everywhere, making it impossible to sit anywhere without getting dripped on. For the safety and comfort of guests, I strongly believe the pool should be closed until these issues are properly addressed. It was extremely disappointing, especially since the pool was a major reason we chose this hotel while traveling with little ones. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary repairs because, otherwise, this could have been a perfect stay.

Very friendly staff, particular Jaclyn was very welcoming, understanding & down to earth... Example we needed more time checking out, & she happily accommodated us, with no trouble at all... She was even nice enough to pose for a pic with my Mother & I, which made us feel quite welcomed.... Over all we had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Place...We highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing joyful get away... We very much look forward to are next vacation there...
