The room had a foul smell. The beds were dirty with hair in both beds! The price was not worth it at all!!!. It smelt worse in the bathroom. There was mold and mildew growing on the bathrooms walls. There were no vents for air flow! The tv was old and outdated!. I asked to be moved to another room but my request were not met. I thought my family and I would be in suite but we ended up in a hole in the wall. The room was extremely small! The breakfast had expired items and hurt my children’s stomach!!

The bathroom toilet was not working and when we called for someone to help fix it, we were told that nobody was available. We had to get up earlier and check out ASAP in the morning because we had no toilet. When we checked out and asked about this, we were told nobody was informed about the issue. The staff was apologetic but said they could not do anything for us.
