This is a top notch hotel, especially for the price. We stayed in a suite that was wonderful and had a view of the water and a balcony. There are good restaurants nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Accommodations good. Breakfast: "marlin biscuit" was different but ok. Everything else prefab and half of it was not requested. Nice to have it delivered to the room but the breakfast itself was something of a letdown. Did NOT like extra charge for parking--either include it in the room rate or announce it prominently. Not Bask's fault that the area is under construction at the time of writing.

Hidden Gem

Shannon was so friendly when we checked in and when we saw the room, we decided that we should stay another night and Shannon made our transition smooth (we had to move rooms the next day due to the one we were in being sold out). Both rooms, although slightly different, were amazing! The breakfast service is great and it was delivered to our room right at the exact time we requested (they give a 1 hour window). The room was so impressive and the views were beautiful. 💜 This is by-far the best place we’ve ever stayed and the price was unbelievable!

Our room, which was 606 and the mattress, was horrible, and so were the pillows. I was expecting to have a new soft mattress along with fluffy full pillows. Wrong! Our night was full of tossing and turning. But location is beautiful ,clean, safe and close to alot of amenities.
