The staff was excellent. The woman from housekeeping was ready to help with a smile & friendliness. The only reason I'm not doing a 5 is due to the 10a.m. checkout time. That's not a reasonable checkout time

Everything was good for the most part. Beds however were like sleeping in the parking lot. Woke up every 15 minutes and ended up having to sleep in the chair.
