Weekend getaway

We have booked here several times and always have a wonderful stay. No complaints at all. It's a pet friendly, family and couples welcome retreat. All rooms are oceanfront. Beach chairs provided with pool hot tub and fitness room. Excited for the restaurant renovations to be completed for our next visit!

Great place to stay for the value!! You’re only there to sleep. Outside offers the great amenities of being on the beach. And having a great pool & hot tub. I would go there again.

The property was really nice along with the staff. The beach is very clean and quiet. Very nice for family get away or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The bed was a unformtable along with pillows. Other than that stay was great!!!

Was unimpressed with the service and lack of cleanliness in the room. We found dog fur fluffs on the floor although it had just been cleaned before we checked in. Not sure what was used to mop the floor but when we arrived in the room, room floor was wet and smelt. It was only after the floor dried, the smell went away.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were very nice with a great view of the ocean, and the beach area was convenient. Having the beach chairs supplied was a perk. The staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely return.

Travelled with my toddler so nap times were a must. There was super easy access to go to and from the beach quickly. The rooms were amazing with a spectacular view. I have nothing bad to say about the staff. Excellent and accommodating. Would absolutely go again. :) I wish we could've stayed longer!

Enjoyable stay in April

Hotel was extremely nice and clean, quiet and private. We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open yet, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The chairs for the beach were nice to have down by the shoreline too. We saw dolphins up and down the shoreline, even from our balcony.

The location is wonderful and the staff is always so nice. You can't beat the view! We have taken girls weekends here for over 10 yrs, even when it was the calm digger. The issue with this trip was we were in a room that was dirty. Honestly it felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was dirt all over the floor, it was very dusty, there was a musky smell, and the shower didn't look clean. We went to the store and got some cleaning stuff just to clean it before we went to bed because there was no way we could sleep knowing it was that dirty. The linens were cleaned, but just not the room its self. I did mention it a couple times to the front desk just to let them know they may need to give it some extra cleaning before the next set of people come in. I understand it is hard to keep up with all rooms, but it's crazy the amount we spent and the room wasn't even checked before hand for cleanliness. But I will stress this, although the room wasn't clean, the hot tub half way worked, the restaurant isn't operational right now and their bar isn't open, the staff was always nice! I just hated we had to come at this point when it wasn't straightened out because honestly it is a lovely hotel.
