The whole reason I booked the room was for the pool and the pool was about half full of nasty water and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a year. The heat lamp in the bathroom didn't have bulbs and the stopper wouldn't work for the tub. The AC unit's wiring looked a little iffy.

The location is great, however our bed was rock hard and the pillows were super flat. Our Ac in the room did not work when i asked to be moved rooms we were told oh all the ac’s are broken. Our bathroom sink leaked in the floor they had a rag wrapped around the drain.

The beds were hard as rocks, the toilets didnt flush correctly, bathroom doors didn’t close correctly and was coming apart.

I booked a room over a month ago. I left New Orleans in the morning and arrived at the hotel I had booked at 10pm. I wanted to check in and the lady told me there were no rooms available. I said I had a reservation. She said it could be, but my room had been given to someone else, so I had booked no room for nothing. Well, after that I was completely exhausted looking for another hotel. I found one, but I had to travel another 50 miles back to our destination. So this hotel would get a zero from me if it had one. I don't recommend it to anyone, because even if you book a room, they don't care. I don't even know how Expedia allows them to do this.

To start the man at the counter met me at the door and said we dont rent to the homeless after i got out of my car before i made it to the counter and was just offensive and rude then after looking over that the rooms are not what it shows in the pictures there was blood on the bed so we asked for another room immediately and then the shower was broke and the ac was falling apart after getting thise fixed there was no more towels in the hole building so i had to buy some

I've stayed here before. I originally chose it because it was inexpensive and allowed pets. When I arrived after 11 pm they were still kind and efficient. They got me checked in quickly and I was able to get in the room and off to sleep which is just what I needed after my long drive. I was there a week this time and everything was good. Its not the Ritz but its clean and comfortable, the people are very nice, and everything works. The only thing negative I can say is that the pillows arent great. I usually bring my own but i forgot.

All SO SHE CHECKED THE NEXT ROOM AND IT WAS WORST

THE ROOM WAS $82.00 THEY WERE NICE BUT THE ROOM HAD ROACHES THE TOWELS AND WASH RAGS WAS SO DENGIE I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE FOR THEM AND THEY ACT SURPRISED HE GAVE ME 25% BACK WHICH WAS $20.00 BACK BUT I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN THE HEATER WAS BUSTED UP THE LADY WAS NICE
