The lady who checked us in was so sweet. There was a slight delay because we reserved online and it hasn’t shown up in the system yet, but she was really personable and fun to talk to while she fixed the issue. It was a long drive, it was late and we were tired but she made the whole experience a lot better. Thank you Jenny, you are appreciated.

Jennifer was great at check-in. I make a booking error. And Jennifer went way beyond out-of-her way to help me fix the problem. The room was not so clean in out-of-the way areas. Towels and trash removal was good.

Sketchy parking lot. There was a smoking station set up right outside our room on the second floor that allowed people to gather around and smoke right outside our door and the smell of cigarettes was pulled into our room by the air conditioner. Tv had limited channels and 30 miles from Neyland Stadium didn’t even have the SEC network. Tried to call to desk about the smoking nobody picked up. Had to kill multiple spiders in bathroom that had obviously been there a while and missed during cleaning.

Over all everything was good but our one complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. But other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable. Good customer service and the location was great. We would stay again.
