Wonderful mattress, but other sleep quality issues

Clean, good mattress, updated sink area.great hot breakfast. Outlets on the night stands did not work. Curtains could not block out the bright outside lights all night. Bottom of bathroom door was rotting. Exterior room entrances. Loud noises.

The staff was very nice, but the room was old and filthy. AC made horrible loud sounds and had ancient gunk on the vents, carpet and furniture were gross. We were too tired to care, though. In the morning, several employees were laying around on the couches in the lobby. Shortly after, they were just standing around the front desk. Nice people, dumpy hotel.

We arrived very early in the morning after a long drive. Our key card did not work once we got to our room so had to return to desk for new keys. Only 1 towel in our room and heat did not work- it was 47 degrees outside and even colder in our room.
