The shower handle did not shut off. Could not operate it. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and the bed was uncomfortable. General cleanliness was good. No bad smell that I detected. I felt cheated for the expense.

The room I had the remote didn't work. Tv was on when I went in couldn't turn it off. Got the attendent and he fixed it for a minute then it didn't work. Could not shut off tv all night. Shower did not work. No water came out of the shower head. Half inch gap at the bottom of the door. I stuffed towels under it to keep out bugs. Do not recommend staying here at least in the room I had!

We reserved a non smoking room for 2 nights, but it smelled like an old ashtray in the room. The shower was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. We arrived at almost midnight due to heavy traffic on our route due to a sports car rally. Our choice would have been a room closer to Dollywood, but everything was full and we were too exhausted to ask for a different room and probably would have gotten more of the same anyway. We didn't stay the second night because of the conditions and were refused a refund by staff. I do not recommend staying here. We found a nice Clarion in Sevierville the next day. An expensive lesson learned.

Nice and quiet!

The room was very comfortable and had quite a few updates but didnt have anywhere to hang clothing. Also, four bath towels should be standard, two bath towels arent enough. And toiletries, conditioner and lotion, are staples at most hotels. It was nice and quiet, we would stay here again.

Decent Price but Could Use Some Improving

Lobby is newly remodeled and looked nice. The employee was friendly at check-in. Room was not the cleanest. The ledges in the bathroom were all very dirty. The switch for the bathroom fan had been punched into the outlet and it did not function. The sink drained slow because there were very visible foreign objects in it. The comforter cover had multiple cigarette burns in it. The main room light did not turn on because there was no light bulb in it making the room a bit dark.
