Room was dated but very clean, beds were very comfortable, nice to have refrigerator and microwave the only problem we had was losing signal to tv, it would shut off after 15 minutes and need to be rebooted. Close to restaurants, golf courses and stores.

First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.

The front desk person was not very friendly at all. Ask me for $20.00 cash deposit and said it would be return when i checked out. I told we were leaving at 6:30 am and would someone be there to give me my money back. She did give my money back. We had booked a king size bed and she tried to give us a twin. I was there taking my son to Tusculum University just stayed for two days. It was somewhere to sleep. It wasn’t bad the front desk receptionist. She was very sweet and helpful. Told me about some restaurants in the local area.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. With an overhaul thos place would be worth the budget money.. but as it sots.. i would never go back. We did not stay the two nights we booked and drove to Johnson City.
