Friendly staff, terrible accomodations

The staff were super friendly and helpful even though it was a busy busy day! The hotel was fully booked. My key card didn't work to get into my room. I had to go down 3 flights of stairs 3 times and get instructions on how to open the door. Like a key lock at home that you have to jiggle to get it to work. How about you fix the door? No elevator. Bed was the worst I've ever slept in. If it weren't for the friendly staff I would give this a terrible review.

One of the mattresses was so noisy. Our room had a code not a key and the code was a zero in front of the room number! Breakfast was so picked over by 7:00 am but not replenished. No coffee makers in the room but none made in the lobby either

Yikes!

The check in what was good and the service was good. When we got to room there was a pile of dirty sheets and towels on the chair. We immediately called down or tried to call down on the in room phone but it did not work so we did call with cell and they did come remove. The room still felt quite dirty. There was a piece of chewed gum stuck the side of the headboard one of the beds. Bathroom was dirty with hair balls visible. The sockets by the beds did not work.

The only good things this place has going for it is the location and the hot shower (don't flush when someone is in the shower) and the A/C. Everything else was awful. The room keys barely worked. TV didn't work, the room smelled of smoke and must. The halls were overwhelmingly stenched with marijuana. There was hair in my bed. I called the office multiple times with no answer. There were no amenities like they claimed except for a mini fridge with no shelves. Would I recommend this place, not a chance. Would I stay again, Absolutely not. With everything going as it was we decided not to chance their free breakfast. Thankfully there is a Starbucks down the road.

Clean, friendly front desk. Allows pets. Breakfast. It was what we needed after a full exhausting day checking in our freshman student at WSU. I was nervous because of some prior reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

I stayed five nights. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The a/c worked very well. The environment was very quiet during my stay. The staff were very responsive and professional. The only drawback to the facility is the absence of an elevator to access rooms on the upper floors. I will definitely stay here again.
