Definitely recommend this clean and cozy spot!

Really great motel! Very clean, comfortable, and the owner was super nice... we ran into him while we were loading up the car to leave and he took a few minutes to chat with us and make sure we had enjoyed our stay. Charming and lovely place for an insanely great price!

David is wonderful. He’s taken great care of my husband while he’s there for work and made sure that he had everything he needed. David even let me have things shipped directly to him that were needed for my husbands work and made sure that he got them. Would recommend to anyone.

Room was good. No hot shower in the morning. Heat selector wasn’t working correctly Typical for Indian ownership. They let stuff get run down. Seen it a few times before and I’m sure I’ll see it again.

My favorite motel in Washington state. Great rates, property is nice, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, the owner is awesome, and it’s a safe environment. Definitely stay here if you’re coming to Moses Lake!

This was our 2nd stay at this motel. It was very comfortable and the price was right. Our only issue was the A/C. The filter hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Once this was brought to staff attention the filter was cleaned. We definitely recommend if you're on a budget.

Clean. Quiet. New, comfortable beds with first-class sheets and pillows. Shower was piping hot with good water pressure. Everything worked well. The owners clearly care about the place. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
