Everything was nice and clean. No complaints about the room except mattress was too hard for my liking. I was concerned about the railings going up to our second floor room. Two of the rails were very wobbly and I did not feel secure counting on them to help support me while using the staircase. Sunday breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Food tasted fair and the same person working the front desk was working the breakfast. This caused them to run out of things and you had to wait. Also had problems left waffle cooker, which others they had been having problems with it already (so why wasn't it unplugged. We left and ate at Cracker barrel. Rooms were clean and staff was nice Also found out it you use third party app to make reservations they will put you on second floor, no elevator.

Our room was fairly clean but the fixtures and furniture were not in great condition. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and old. The front desk staff were friendly.

Mercedes at the front desk is absolutely awesome! She made out visit so nice. Hotel is older but very clean (and I’m very picky). Typical hotel breakfast. Showers were wonderful too.
