Hotel desperately needs an upgrade. More on the outside than in. I was surprised there was no continental breakfast. Other M hotels do.

Our room door had to be shoulder pushed open and closed. Tried to explain it to the front desk person, but he didn’t care. The lock didn’t work properly. Wash clothes left in the bathroom were all used. We paid extra for a late checkout, but they forgot and tried to enter the room twice as we were getting dressed. Trash hotel. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else. TRUST ME!

This property presented itself as a motel. I left a very expensive item behind and was told that they would not mail it to me - it was a loss. I will never stay there again..

The hotel needs some updating. The room we reserved said two queen size beds and when we arrived to the room they were full size beds and a bit small for two people to sleep in comfortably. The toilet and the shower tub drains weren’t draining well and the sink was cracked and painted. The furniture and microwave was very old was old and the tv stands doors did not close properly. The staff was very nice and the room was clean.

This was a very nice place to stay for the two nights we were in the Pocono Mountains. Large, comfortable bed with nice linens and clean bathroom. No breakfast offered but for the money a very nice stay otherwise.

Looking for a decent no-frills hotel? This is the spot! Came down here last month for a day-cation and it was the perfect place to crash for the night. Man at the front desk was very friendly and the room was pretty clean. I’ll definitely stay again, considering that Mount Airy Casino is very close!

I booked the motel room to avoid a long drive home for my girlfriend and I, to get a good night's sleep after a special event trip and a long week. Checked in fine before the event, and came back to our room after the event and was surprised to see that the blinds to a 1st Floor room had see-through blinds... I know they were see-through, because we saw a couple inside their room through the blinds, as we parked & walked past their room. Very uncomfortable, especially with 24/7 lights outside making it easier to see through inside. Speaking of uncomfortable, our bed was nothing short and put us in worse shape than when we got there. My girlfriend, after hours of struggling to sleep on the mattress, discovered that the rug on the floor was a comfier solution... and stayed there until she sat up against the bed to continue sleeping. I myself, woke up several times to adjust my sleeping position, and couldn't wait to be back home in a real bed. Nothing against the staff, but the room itself was miserable. Felt like a waste of money, for something meant to be comforting.
