The room was ready upon arrival. However, the next day the room wasn't even cleaned! This hotel is not family friendly. You can hear the guests above. I went with my 2yr old grandson and every time he used the bathroom, the guests downstairs would call and complain about the walking. I know the front desk felt horrible about it, but they still would call. I did not call and complaint about the guests above because it was a hotel and people have to walk in their rooms. It's a structural issue. The breakfast was not good. Bagels were hard as a rock, pancakes were thin and battery, fruit was old, bruised, mushy, and not fresh. I would not stay here again

Clean room and perfectly handicapped accessible…..but most impressive was the two men who absolutely HUSTLED to make sure all breakfast supplies stocked, tables cleaned immediately, customers helped with disposal of paper goods…..fantastic! Perhaps one of the best properties we’ve stayed at in a long while.

Everything about this hotel was great! Clean room, comfortable bed, great blackout curtain, great staff, great breakfast choices. The young gentleman that kept the breakfast food stocked was exceptional! He went around to every table to see how things were, and asked if we needed a bottle of water for the road. I’ve never experienced that before! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location just off the expressway. Room was clean and comfortable. Very dissappointed that after a snowfall the parking lot and walkways were not shoveled. Snow was piled so high we had difficulty parking the car and got stuck. Luckily we a mini shovel in the car and cleared the snow. Walkway right in front of entryway full of snow. I would think that a hotel would have contracted with a snow removal company.

The room was like a wind tunnel. Not sure if it was from when the main entry doors or maybe the elevator but I had to pack towels around the crack of the door to get it to stop the howling wind or air going through.

Location is great - so many places to eat around. Room was comfortable, clean but I just wish the sofa was cleaner - it had a lot of stains and those are easy to remove, it just looked gross. Breakfast impressed us the most. So many options - from omelets, bacon, toasts, bagels, cereal, hot oatmeal to chocolate milk for kids. They even offered decaf coffee in their machine which is rare. No room water but there was a water jar for guests to fill up a glass in the lobby. Receptionists were extremely polite.
