The view of the lake was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge & microwave in the room. The hot tub and pool were currently not heated which did make the stay less enjoyable. As well, I could not see any light to keep the sauna from being pitch black once the door was closed, so I couldn’t close the door and determine if the sauna was enjoyable either. This did dramatically affect how enjoyable my overnight stay was.

Floor in room was not swept , booked for hot tub and even called prior to booking to assure it was operational. Then when I arrived, was told it was not working I did not stay, I immediately found another hotel I'm still waiting on my refund and it's been 4 days

We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, The hot tub wasn't working when we stayed there. Also, the sink in our room was clogged, we had to switch rooms for the second night. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We love this hotel, stayed many times but this time was not so good. They cut back on things like breakfast, no more waffle maker just cereal and a muffin. The hot tub heater was not working but when checking in the front desk told me happily that her sauna and hot tub closed at 10pm, nothing said about it not working. Sad when good places we love make cheap cutbacks that affect the overall experience of ur stay. The room was great and sunset views anaias always.

Older resort across from lake. Room was redone with slat wood floors- nice. Bed comfy. Bathroom small. Pool and hot tub area clean and nice. Hot tub was nice pool water cool. Had big overhead doors that were opened so some bugs in water but you could tell they kept on top of it. Dory at front desk very nice! Continental breakfast enough-cereal, pastries, toast etc. yogurt and hard boiled eggs, juice. Nice outside area to sit. Sits above highway but not noisy. About 6 miles outside Mountain Home. Old Mill Tavern towards town has excellent pizza and great staff!

The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, no problems with that. The staff are all very friendly, we rented 4 rooms for our family. Where the problem is, the stairwells are all filthy. The tile in the hot tub couldn’t be nastier/dirtier. The side walk in front of the rooms is disgustingly dirty. It never changes from year to year.

Disappointing

Our room was right outside the entrance gate to the pool. Constantly people were running up and down the hallway till 11pm. The hotel has no elevator and their continental breakfast was nothing to brag about. The evening attendant was very friendly and very helpful. Great View but that was it.
