The room was dirty ( thank god I had my own Clorox wipes in the car) , the ac didn’t work- had to wake up my child and husband to move rooms at 9pm our first night. We were moved to a down graded room. There were dead bugs in the bathroom of the new room. A painting came partially off the wall at 3 in the morning swinging and nearly hitting my youngest daughter. Honestly the stay was awful and we felt we should’ve been compensated. They took $60 off our bill. At least 1 night should’ve been comp’d for sure. Will never stay at that “premier” resort again.

Everyone was great and being New Years and being a local to the area I was very disappointed to learn of the shuttle. All resorts advertised the fireworks and the shuttle was used as a marketing tool. We went to catch the shuttle we were unable to ride and nobody seemed to know anything. Very disappointed, that was one reason we chose this hotel.

The door guy tried to overcharge us $87.95 in addition to the online bill I already paid $193. Kept arguing with me about it Super shady. Then on top of that they cancelled the breakfast meals which we had vouchers for which became worthless and only had fruit and bread to eat. Very overpriced for the low value here
