Housekeeping not great, definitely not Sheraton or 5 star standard, food ok but not 3 restaurants as advertised, all 1 menu. General walkways in need of a good clean, always running out of things, towels, tomatoes, bacon, etc setting lovely but operational side lacking. Didn’t advertise any trips, didn’t get pool service, not forthcoming with information had to ask for it all. I could go on but overall not 5 Star or Sheraton standard you would expect which is sad as best setting, needs a good look at operations and what could be done better

Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort was such a perfect start to our vacation! Check in was smooth and we were offered cool wet washclothes in the heat and fresh pineapple juice! The pool area is huge and beautiful! The sunset at the beach was also lovely. Dining staff were attentive and brought beautiful tasty dishes! Only 2 regrets, their fiafia night is indefinitely on hold and that we couldn't stay longer!

I want to say it was amazing! Sadly, I can’t. There’s Island time and then there’s Sheraton Samoa time, which means everything takes forever. Waited an hour and and half for meals to be delivered, then they weren’t what we ordered. Staff just disappear from the bar area or there’s only one person on the front desk when there’s groups of people checking in or out. The beach and pool are great, just be aware that service levels are 2.5 star and although the staff are nice and friendly, you will get frustrated with the amount of time it takes for anything to actually happen. Its expensive, suggest you take plenty of snacks or you have to order off the menu, there’s no convenience store or vending machine here. Would I go back? Yes, but with the understanding that this doesn’t meet ushal Sheraton standards.

Spacous room, lovely open spaces, the pool was great and it was fantastic that there is ample shade provided on both the beach and around the pool. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help, with the exception of the house keeping staff who made us feel like it was am imposition to get the room cleaned before 3pm or request water, additional towels, etc. Otherwise, for a short stay outside of school holidays, we will definitely stay here again. NB: a special mention for the Head Concierge who was always there to help in any way and make our stay enjoyable.

disappointing. on arrival asked for extra night - told by reception to go online and book (!). did that, came back and asked them to ensure we stayed the extra night in same room....next day found our entry card didn't work - went to reception and discovered no extension had been actioned. No apology either. made me check out then check back in again...Inconvenient and not a good reflection on staff as a whole, given porters etc/ all other staff were excellent. Expected better

This resort is beautiful, the common areas, beach and pool are beautiful and tropical themed. We do wish there was more options of things to do that could have been achieved with very little investment. For example snorkelling gear/kayak or paddle board that could be rented onsite and some free activities even 1 daily for example morning yoga, water arobics. It is a great place to stay but hopefully someone from the hotel sees this and considers for future stayers to enhance the experience further like what they have at the Sheraton tokiriki in Fiji has.
