From the moment of arrival until departure the staff treated us like royalty. Dhriya from reception and Vaishnavi, our floor manager ensured that check-in was as smooth as possible, and the personal touches they arranged made our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. The food, cleanliness, and customer service are second to none, and we will be returning whenever we visit Mumbai. Shreyas in the poolside dining area also made our final breakfast extra special by arranging a cake for us.

Very expensive hotel to eat in. And not many other options within walking distance in 35c heat. Airport shuttle was 9 times more expensive than Uber Black. Small bathroom. Nice staff and warm ambience. Good sized pool but not enough staff there or food options. No boat trips possible from the hotel shoreline. No fishing trips possible.

The BEST in Mumbai

It was my first time at Trident Nariman Point and i cannot express how much ive enjoyed my stay. Every single staff member made our stay comfortable and memorable. From the person who checked us in, helped us get upgraded to a room with a nicer view as no other king room was available, to Akaash at the bell desk person, who came running to get my luggage as I left the hotel and stood with me till my uber came., to all the restaurants where we dined late in the night due to our usa work schedule, all with a smile, taking great care of us, to the pool staff, gym staff and everyone I interacted with them. Trident even helped replace the chair in my room with an office chair to help me work. I give you a 10/10 and will 100% return.
