My bed sheets hadnt been changed i had blood stains on the right side of the bed to prove they wasnt. I took photos of the stsins i even got the stay insurance so i feel i should be reimbursed

Good for the $

The customer service was great and very friendly. The bathroom was too small and the sink isn't inside the bathroom. The room was spacious. And the beds were comfortable. However the free breakfast wasn't very poor. Happy with the price, especially since others are higher.

The outside of the building looks old and a little tired, but they did a good job remodeling the rooms . It was a clean and modern room and everything worked fine.

Two complaints. We got there prior to the 3 o'clock check but could not check in. That was ok. When we were able to check in our room was not ready. Was told 10 minutes. Ok no problem. 30 minutes later we were able to go to room. Very nice room. 2nd the air conditioner was very noisy. Every thing else was great

This hotel needs an entire remodel. A coat of paint doesn't do it. The management has a different idea of clean. Their idea of clean may work in their country, but our idea of clean is different. They seemed to be doing the best they could with limited recourses.

Great staff, subpar bed.

Good stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was small but decent. The only complaint was the bed was super broke down and sunk in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable.
