I’m actually surprised that Expedia would let this property be included in its offerings. The hotel is dirty and looks to be a spot for homeless people. My daughter checked in to one of my reserved rooms a day before me and was asked several times for money or extra food and was even asked if she could sell them drugs. Room was musty and very dated. I would not consider ever booking this hotel again. When asked if I could cancel my remaining days the staff member said he didn’t speak English. This was not a pleasant experience at all.

This property was the nastiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Room window above lobby had torn screen. Lobby and stairs were extremely caked with dirt and oil slick like. Blood stains (as if NEVER laundered) and some brown oil like stains on the bedspread. Human hair on the blankets and sheets. Dirt so thick on the hangers, the hangers looked gray instead of natural wood color. Worst of all there were bed bugs that started biting within 5 mins of standing next to the bed!

The internet was fine, and that was the only positive thing I can say about this place. The smell was awful (a bad combination of musty and wet dog), everyone who worked there was grouchy (when I asked for an extra blanket the response was "what happened to yours"). Walls and ceilings were cracking. Kids yelling and running up and down the halls. The shower and tub were absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $20 to stay literally anywhere else.

The carpets in the room and hallway need to be shampooed. Dirty spots and sticky. Also, bathroom shower had mold, drain should be clean backed up when water ran, and toilet plugged we had to unplug it. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable, and hotel was nice and quiet. The surrounding area had many options and was close to everything we needed to attend.

Dirty and dishonest

DO NOT STAY HERE. Their rooms are really gross and disgusting as well and not clean. Dishonest people run the place. They advertise a gym. Then after you book and pay, they tell you "no gym" like it's not a big deal and the gym is the only reason I booked here and paid that much ... ...they are big liars! Unethical dishonest! Go elsewhere.

Go somewhere else!

no one should stay here. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind but the two rooms I rented were dirty, stained, and TV was not functional. Ultimately, I ended up leaving the same night I checked in. This seems to be a predominant stop for folks who are in transitional housing, not for those who are looking for a reasonable nights stay.
