We stayed at this hotel to be close to Munich on our vacation. It was a beautiful hotel. The tram is also just a 2 minute walk from the hotel which made travelling to Munich easy. Lovely place to stay!

Beautiful setting - love both the restaurant and breakfast patios and food. The veranda overlooking the breakfast patio was charming and although our room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable. Quaint bed and breakfast style hotel - breakfast buffet was great! Transportation to the city center was also very easy to figure out (have to purchase pass at front desk). Restaurant was also excellent. We don’t speak much German and had no trouble communicating with staff. Would highly recommend staying here to those visiting Munich!

Lovely, traditional style hotel. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I want to particularly commend Ingrid at reception. Such a professional and pleasant individual, and aleays spoke German with me, even though i am sure her English was better than my German.

Charming and Comfortable

Very charming; a bit old-fashioned, but in a good way. Clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant is outstanding, and the breakfast buffet in the hotel is also fantastic. The location is interesting; in a quiet neighborhood, close to the English Garden. Would stay there again if I get the chance.
