Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the staff's dedication to excellence. The team was not only helpful and friendly but also genuinely invested in our experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with beds that exceeded our expectations. Although we encountered a minor issue with the TV stations, the front clerk went above and beyond to resolve it, even escalating the matter to her manager, which resulted in a seamless room change. The breakfast selection was impressively diverse. We would wholeheartedly choose to stay here again.

Room was clean. The convenience machines (snacks and ice) were down requiring use of lobby canteen. The breakfast was hot and ready. Staff in halls and food area great. The soaps and things in the room were all stocked. Desk staff great. Either get the machines fixed or move them out. Great little hotel.
