This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property accommodates 6 with queen bed, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa and is fully equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer. Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. Maritime Place is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
