Nauti tästä merenrantaparatiisista tämän huoneiston 8. kerroksesta aivan uskomaton merinäköala. Nauti valtameren rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta uskomattomien auringonlaskujen ja auringonlaskujen kanssa. Kävellen tähän huoneistoon tuntuu kuin istut meren päällä. Tämä on iso studio, jossa on keittiö ja oma parveke suoraan merelle. Condo hiljattain uusittu täysin varustettu keittiö, graniitti työtasot täysikokoinen liesi / uuni ja jääkaappi.

Host was delightful with great communications. Condo was lovely and we were able to see the sunrise without having to go down to the beach itself (since it was cold - but exactly what we expected for November.) Great location with restaurants, shopping and other attractions very close. Highly recommend.

Great ocean front view from the condo. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pools. Very pet friendly. Parking was a bit of an issue as parking garage is old and narrow. We did have someone cut the cover to our truck bed on our last night there.

The check-in process was a little fuzzy. I never received an email from the booking agent, describing the process of how I needed to check in. So needless to say when I went to the front counter, they acted as if there was no reservation in my name. However, the booking agent did Respond to a text message and resent the process over to me. The room itself was very seasoned. Meaning that it showed a lot of wear and tear from a summer’s worth of usage. The price did not reflect the value to me. However, the location of the hotel itself was centrally located to a lot of things to do in many things to do within walking distance. The dog park next-door was disgusting. Others described it as a nice park for you to walk your dog, but apparently most people don’t take advantage of the Park supplied waste bags and leave their dogs dirt behind.

Stinky Stay

The condo smelled terribly of urine and could definitely use some owner care. The cleaning service does a good job but they can only do so much. The property has lots of pool area, a little poolside bar, and is only about a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. There is so much to do in Myrtle Beach but I would not stay in this particular condo again.

When we arrived at the property at 5 pm the room had NOT been cleaned. It had a horrible smell, dirty sheets and towels everywhere, sand all over the floor. I tried to contact Rufia and never heard from her, then I got in touch with Frank. Who sent people to clean. It took over 2 hours for this process. we were tired after driving 8 hours and just wanted to relax. This room had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I asked for compensation for this and never heard back from Rufia or Frank.

This condo was immaculate, spacious, and had everything you could think of! The view was incredible! Steps away from the beach, pet friendly, easy check-in and checkout, convenient parking! Highly recommend!

Great beach location!

Condo was very clean and is located within short distance of great restaurants. You step right out onto the beach which was so convenient. We had a kitchen sink leak and property owner addressed it immediately to fix it. Condo is small but plenty of space for the two of us and our pup. We enjoyed a great week!

Was a great place for what we were looking for. Location was wonderful, not in a bad area. Check in process was a breeze and very easy to find. The room was very clean with immaculate ocean views. The room had everything we needed, except a pair of scissors, so no complaints! Very happy with our vacation here.

Oceanfront oasis

My husband passed away recently and I needed some time away. This unit proved to be the perfect place. Not too noisy, I got to take my dogs and just unwind. The place was perfect. If I had to find one negative thing, don't walk on the balcony barefoot, I don't think they mop it. 5 stars anyway.

A great vacation!

Rental was very clean and well-equipped. We slept well in the good bed. Beach view great. Beach was groomed and cleaned daily. The facilities at Patricia Grand were very good and the staff helpful and friendly. We loved having our dog with us. Good nearby area for her duties. Overall, this vacation was a very positive experience

Beautiful direct oceanfront unit

My husband and I needed an after holiday season getaway to the beach and we found this unit on VRBO. Excellent price for an excellent direct oceanfront unit for us in our two pups. Check-in was easy( check out just as easy. Communication with the property owner flawless. Unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed and spacious Thank you again for an excellent stay.

Christmas trip

The room was clean but cramped. It was nice to find a couple rolls of toilet paper rather than the one roll we were told to expect for our 4 night stay. The vent in the bathroom didn't work and everything was wet after a shower. The hotel is very dog friendly but didn't supply doggie waste bag and there was much feces on sidewalk and doggie areas. Charging 25 per dog per night they should supply bags
