It’s not just the property. The employees were so kind and helpful. The front desk Tammy & Jennifer couldn’t have been any kinder to us. All the workers were great. The property needs updates but it was very clean. Also, Kirsten at the Tiki Hut was excellent. She made you feel welcome and was so kind. 😊

This was a great stay! I appreciated that the room had a cooking option and a spacious refrigerator. The beds were comfy, and the fan kept the room nice and cool. The elevators were a little slow and inconvenient. The only sad thing is that there was no hot tub - it had been filled in. The indoor pool was warmer than the outside ones. Overall, it was a more affordable option, right on the beach, which made it worth staying here.

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Maintenance and Safety Concerns I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience due to the number of serious maintenance issues and health concerns I encountered during my recent stay at this property. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the room had not been properly maintained. There were piles of dirt on the floor, suggesting that even basic cleaning had been overlooked. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and cracked, and water damage was visible throughout, including swollen, deteriorating wood cabinets in the kitchen area and a rotting bathroom door with missing pieces at the bottom. Multiple metal surfaces—including the stove, ceiling hardware, and other fixtures—were rusted, giving the impression of long-term neglect. The shower drained extremely slowly, filling with water each time it was used. Curtains showed signs of mold, which is not just unpleasant but presents a legitimate health hazard. The cabinet interiors were visibly dirty, with what appeared to be old food stains and residue, and many surfaces looked as though they hadn’t been wiped down in some time. The balcony sliding door handle was loose and nearly falling off, posing a potential safety risk, especially for families with children. Finally, much of the room appeared to have been patched together using messy caulking and paint jobs, a band-aid approach to issues that clearly require full repairs. This experience was far below the

Ocean Front literally. You walk through the door there’s two queen beds turn right go through another door. There’s a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave. Everything you could possibly need pot pans and dishes. Past the kitchen is a sleeper sofa that makes it into a queen size bed and a Murphy wall bed that is also a queen size then out on the balcony to look at the beautiful ocean. We were right next to the walkway so all we had to do was go out of our hotel go down the elevator turn left and the entrance to the beach was right there. We absolutely loved it. We were on the seventh floor. Extremely clean inside our room.

Room requested was not received (big problem). The bathroom was not properly cleaned. It was dirty, especially the toilet. Also to add to the frustration of the day,every area of the room, which was an the third floor was noisy no peace. Downstairs was overcrowded with people hanging out and making a lot of noise.. I must say I visited when it was bike week but still, I felt the hotel could have done much better in outlying rules. The place was just out of control with unreasonable noise and the many people outside smoking, and drinking made me felt unsafe. I ended my stay after one night. Terrible experience.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean however it needed much updating sliding glass door was broken. Air conditioning was broken when we got there appliances and Kitchener too small. Overpriced for the accommodations Pools were too small also

I booked the oceanfront with king and double bed but didn’t receive what I booked…the front lady didn’t greet us properly. The worst hotel experience. please avoid this hotel, otherwise you will be disappointed
