Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Once I arrived in my room, I wanted to freshen up after the long drive.Unfortunately, I only had 2 washcloths. The young lady at the front desk assured me during check in that the room is supplied with 3 sets of towels
and washcloths. I contacted the front desk and they brought me additional washcloths.
It is now time to rest. At which time it was determined that the sheet that was on the bed had a tear in them. I did not complain but it irked my spirit that I paid money and had to lay on torn sheets. However, my
sister-in-law had bed bugs in her room. Pictures were taken and information was reported to the gentleman at the front desk. He suggested that she not stay there; however he had nowhere else for her to stay. So, I was
inconvenienced by having 2 kids and 1 extra adult in my little room with me. It was my birthday weekend and I had no intentions on spending the night with 2 kids sleeping in my bed under the age of 5 nor did I want to
be further inconvenienced by having another adult invade my privacy. The next day my sister in law was given a room.
The next day, I asked the cleaning people to just change the linen. When we arrived back to the room after visiting the beach once again, I needed to freshen up. There were 3 towels but NO washcloths at all. I was livid. Once
again, I contacted the front desk and was informed that they would send someone, however the cleaning lady is cleaning rooms but they would let her know. Soo patiently I waited. I called back to
