Condo as spacious and clean. TV in main room did not work - after 3 days and multiple calls they finally replaced it and it worked great. Water park slide and submarine was closed (maintenance just said it wasn’t working) We did not get our $100 security deposit returned, no explanation given. We’ll book somewhere else next trip

The resort was great. The condo was clean besides the floors. It looked like they'd never been mopped before. LOL. However, everything else was clean. The only other thing that was strange was that there was not much in the kitchen to cook with. There were a total of 3 pots, no skillets or anything. Also, we requested a sponge to wash the dishes with and we were told that was for VIP guests. That was a bit shocking. Overall, I would stay here again, its beautiful.

I requested a king bed and got two standards. I'm not in the main building like the advertisements. Im three buildings down in the "Jamaica" building. There is only 10 unmetered parking spots attached to the building. There is adjacent parking across the main street and handicap parking down the block. The front door has to be forcibly slammed shut. The toilet has zero flush power. The beds are lumpy prison mattresses. This is a one star motel stereotypical of a spring break movie. I called the front desk and was told I would have to take my issues up with the third party that I booked through. Absolutely unacceptable.
