The resort was amazing overall. The only mishap was not being able to check in on time. Had to wait over an hour for housekeeping to clean the room even though check was at 4 and we got there after 4:30pm.

The Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach is a beautiful resort! The beach access is fantastic and the resort has a beautiful pool! My room was quiet and comfortable! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay here again if I visit Myrtle Beach again!

We love this hotel and will he back. Service and employees are wonderful. The breakfast options are also great. What we DO NOT like about it is that people can put their towels and other items on the pool chairs and leave and not come back for hours. It’s not fair for those who want to he at the pool and have no where to sit because all the chairs have been reserved. Another thing is the mattresses are very uncomfortable. They are too hard- I barely slept for the five days we were there. Otherwise, we love this place!

My family gave this a 5 out of 5! Remember there are a lot of people so you sometimes have to wait for the elevators at peak times in the morning during check out, but other than that we did not have to wait for anything. We loved coming home from the beach or pool to a clean room! I was able to do my laundry one day! Very convenient! The buffet in the morning was great! Never had to wait for a table as busy as it was. We will definitely be back!!

My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am shocked that this level of neglect, dirt, and disorganization is operating under the Hilton brand name. From the moment we entered the room, we were met with filth and neglect. The carpets were stained and sticky, there was a strong, sour odor, the bedding appeared reused, and the bathroom was covered in mildew and mold—making it feel more like a low-end motel than a resort we paid a premium for. Staff was very rude!
